commercial league
This night is a different format from all other leagues. You don't have to be a club member to play!
Teams register with John MacIntosh at the beginning of the season,
and those will be the same teams until the end of the season.
Games begin at 6:30pm & 8:15pm
6-ends of play (~1.5hrs)
$360/team annually
This is the most social night of curling. While there are often more people here due to the two rounds of play, there are also more spectators as it is considered the most enjoyable night. Each team will be assigned one or two (depending on number of teams) nights in the season where they are asked to provide food, serving after each game is played (teams will be put on the late draw while they are on food duty).
Contact John MacIntosh for more information.
A note about ladies league
We do not currently have a ladies league due to lack of interest among the women in our club in the past.
If interested in reforming this, please let us know - if enough women show interest, the night can be reclaimed from the mixed league.
We do, however, have a bonspiel in March that is warmly received by all.
The Blarney Stone Ladies Invitational is held in March is in its 23rd year!
